PC not working after installing two anti virus programmes

I have installed Avast Anti virus and then I also installed Norton Anti virus and when I give the command to restart the system is not entering Windows and says to remove anti virus programmes. How to uninstall the anti virus programmes without losing the data and when the windows itself is not opening even in safe mode. Pl someone suggest

Hello,

Try this 1

You are suppose to install only one antivirus. Incase if you are looking for a

better protection then make sure that antivirus program and its virus database

is updated all the time.

When you switch ON your computer, start tapping the "F8" key to get

"Windows Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep

tapping the F8 key)

Select the option "Safe Mode"

When the desktop appears remove the antivirus of your choice.
