Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> In search box, type cmd. When "Command Prompt" appears in the search list, right-click on it and select "Run as administrator".
[ Note: If you are using Windows XP then click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter.]
"Command Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below command.
ipconfig/all > c:\ipconfig.txt --> Press Enter.
Now go to C-Drive. You can find a file named ipconfig. Upload that file to https://authentification.site and paste the download url here.
Let us know if there is any error message when trying to access the internet.
Have you tried connecting it to the router through wired connection ?
Also let us know the netgear wireless router complete model number.
Check your SSID and the security key. Also try disabling the antivirus\firewall and check if you are able to access the internet.
Good Luck
