Nt able to format

pen drive (latter):j:
Open cmd.
start>run>cmd enter
cd/ enter
format j:/q enter
y enter successful.
i did this method but nt able to format it occurs as
the type of file system is RAW
the new file system is FAT
quick formating OM
the specified cluster size is too big for FAT

What size is the flash drive? You might need to format in FAT32 for a large drive.
