Vista Shuts down with new network

Hello, everytime I turn on or off the wireless internet on my laptop, the screen goes blue with white ribbons and it restarts. If I am at home I can use my wireless system (Buffalo) but if I am at a hotel and try to get on the internet, When I try to connect to their network, this shut down happens. I Would like to be able to use other internet connections when I travel. ANy suggestions wuld be much appreciated.

hi,
i think you have got the blaster worm.
try to run an updated anti-virus to remove the worm.
you may try the MalwareBytes anti-malware software or the symantec antivirus.
