when my desktop opens i have just a few short cuts ie, facebook recyele bin ok after tring to tring vto install flash which none of of videos work right anymore say i click on the dhortcut to go online i click ie icon the window flashsopen then it goes back to the desktop all thesame for all icons

Hello,

Try this 1

1) When you switch ON your computer, start tapping the "F8" key to get

"Windows Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep

tapping the F8 key)

2) Select the option "Last Known Good Configuration".

If the problem still exists then follow step 1 once again and this time select the

option "Safe Mode". When the desktop appears, perform "System Restore".
