Hello...I need to create a reminder for dates in B2 that is 3 years after the date in B2. To have B3 highlight with REVIEW would be great. I have a formula but it's for days: =TODAY()-B2>1056. This works but I'd feel better with it being in year format.

Hi Tricia,

Put YEAR in front of TODAY like =YEAR(TODAY())...
