hello
im new i this community. i rel needs answer of how to recover my laptop dell inspiron 15 . i was using tuneup 2013 softwere to optimaz my laptop .when i sleep my laptop it say it checkin disk error after dat i turn of it again an then i on it it start beeping sound and now it says your pc ran into a promplem and needs to be restarts. it say recovery your pc couldnt start properl after multipple tries th OS on ur pc fail to start so it needs to be repaired
erro code : 0xc0000001it

Hi Sandile7,

It seems you have one of the new Inspiron 15 models and your Operating system is Windows 8. If so, click here to find steps on how to troubleshoot Error Code: 0xc0000001 in Windows 8.

If the issue still persists, please reply with the exact System Model Number of your Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop and the Operating System installed.
