I can't easily install many software in my laptop

well, it's my my pleasure to be a member of such a respectable community. It much annoys me that I can't easily install many software in my laptop due to certain regulations. Such examples are : Flash Player, Google Earth..etc. As I assume to be a sociable guy, I'll be grateful to receive every help from friends.

Good Morning,

What regulations? You may need to an administrator on your system. IF that is the case, log in as admin, or run browser AS ADMIN. Be certtain to only use admin rights when installing or uninstalling, never to browse.

If it is international or web access regulations (censorship), don't know what to say!
