HELP!! Excel 3 year reminder

I have a formula: =TODAY()-$B2>3, this will remind me 3 days before a due date, but I need it to tell me to review after 3 YEARS of the dates I have in B2. Someone on here told me to replace TODAY with YEAR and it doesn't work.

HELP!

Hey, that someone is me. And I said "put year in front" instead of replace.

Try responding next time instead of creating a new thread.
