Downgrad from 7 to XP

I have a laptop run windows XP professional with many full program installed and i upgraded to Windows 7 Ultmate so i want to roll back to windows XP,
I just heard that we can do it to windows XP, but i never tried.
If we can do, what is the way? will all previose programe installed on XP will be come back?

If you will install windows xp on your Laptop so you will lost your all program which you did installed in windows 7. yes. you can also install windows xp without any fear. Its very easy process. insert the XP CD in drive and then restart your Laptop and then CD have to RUN and then you will se the many option. Choose the Drive option and follow the windows instruction ant then you can install your windows. I wanna tell you every Laptop boot key is different.
