Windows media player stopped working

Hello,

windows media player is the default app for my mp3 files. so when i double click on a file. wmp showing that "windows media player has stopped working. wmp will notify you if a solution is available." actually i couldn't get the problem....i went windows search and went to "view all problem reports" but couldn't find problem..

please help me...........
