Hello,
need help from anyone.
my lcd dell work normall when turning on and it show everything perfectly but after 2second it showing black and i still can see in the black screen slightly.
i have trying to reset the setting in the monitor but still same and the screen goes more black.
whats the problem with the screen? i cant turn the brightness to 50 above and it stay at 30%.
help me is there anything problem?

Hi tepet123,
Disconnect video cable from the monitor leaving the power cord connected and check if color patterns/box is displayed on the screen. If the pattern is displayed check if the screen becomes dim during this test.
Check for damages in the video cable (broken or bent pin) and ensure the cable is connected to the correct video source (Port). If cable is damaged try with a different cable (if available).
If the above two steps doesn't help you in identifying the issue, please reply with the exact Model Number of your Dell Monitor.
