i think i have a double problem. my cpu screen says no signal and then goes to sleep. also, when i power on my cpu hard drive my fans don't seem to be working. WHAT COULD BE MY PROBLEM? PLEASE HELP ME SOME ONE. ANYONE.

nice question.. it seems that there may be a problem with power section or smps assembled in your cpu...

Try this 1
Check your Power Supply Unit (SMPS). Make sure that its is working and able to
provide the required output voltages.
