They should come with a wireless receiver which you need to plug into the main and the 3.5mm socket, and may also serve as a dock to charge the headphones.
Mine work OK. You can hear a slight (very slight) hiss when there is no music playing but this is completely unnoticeable when you have sound coming through them.
