hello,

I have a large data set wherein I am trying to figure out where certain values fall and am applying a cell color using conditional formatting (CF). However, there the values appear in 20 contiguous columns but are unique for every row. Is there a way to pull these values based on color? I have read many posts regarding getting the color of a CF cell (the famous Chip Pearson one as well, http://www.cpearson.com/excel/CFColors.htm). However, I haven't found how to address the same in Excel 2013.
Any help would be appreciated!

Regards,
RG

if your version of excel is 2007 or latter then you can filter according to color and copy the filtered data to aother location

Thank you venkat1926. I had been doing exactly what you suggested but the number of columns which were conditionally formatted grew from 6 to 20, and it is tedious to filter 20 columns one by one to get the values. I had read that there is a way to get the color of a conditionally formatted cell, however that code is not working in Excel 2013.
