Hello,
Try this 1.
Assign a different drive letter in "Disk Management" and check if you are able to
access it. Follow the below instructions.
Click on Start --> Run --> Type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter.
[ If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 then click on Start --> In
search bar, type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter]
"Disk Management" window will be opened.
Then right-click on your pen drive --> Select "Change Drive Letter and
Path.." --> Click on "Change" and assign different drive letter.
Change the volume name by right-clicking on your pen drive and select
properties. Enter your volume name.
Good Luck

Try this 1
Connect your pen drive --> Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
"Device Manager" will be opened. Is there any yellow mark ?
Let me know if your pen drive is able to get detected or not in another PC\Laptop.
Good Luck
