Can Pavilion dv6700 run on win 7 or WinXP_SP3

I have a Pavilion dv6700 but is restricted to run on win vista only. Is it possible to downgrade to WinXP or upgraded to run on win7.
If any one of the two OS's are compatible then where can I get corresponding drivers. I have searched the net do not give a list of drivers required but not the device/software that is verified that it works. Pl help.

Hello,

Try this 1

If you don't find the drivers for the Windows XP or Windows 7 OS then there is

a chance to find the driver using the "Hardware ID".

This will let you know the hardware manufacturer and then you can try find the

driver in the hardware manufacture's website.
