Everytime I need to install the drivers

Good morning all,

I have a HP pavilion g6 and ever since it had to be formatted I have to keep re-installing the internet driver. I went on HP's site and got direct drivers but same results. This is really annoying and I'd really like to get this solved.
Fix it please....

I downloaded what was recommended but didn't follow through based on the premise that this program is not one which resolves my situation.

Not to be a 'sickler' but are you sure this is the right program to correct my issue?

This appears to be the cloud share program software 'thingy' that stores data/information "up in the air", so to speak.

Please clarify,
