Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter.
[If you are using Windows 7 then click on Start --> Type cmd. When cmd
(Command Prompt) appears in the search list, right-click on it and select "Run as
Administrator"]
"Command Prompt" will be opened.
Now enter the below command
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
Press "Enter".
Reboot your computer
