I suggest you go to the Fujitsu support web site and download Windows 7 driver(s) for your web cam.

video driver is not properly installed or is incompatible with the operating system make sure the version you are running for your video matches the one on the Fujitsu driver download site: uk.ts.fujitsu.com/support
