Hi Didas031,
You can downgrade from Windows 8 Pro to Windows 7 Professional only. If you are using plain Windows 8 you'll need to buy and install a Windows 7 key. Option to restore your computer to factory settings is not available in Windows 8. When installing Windows 8 if you haven't deleted the Recovery Partition provided by HP, you can try the steps provided in the below mentioned link:
Restoring your HP laptop to factory settings
