Hello,
If you are using Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 Operating System, try to boot to the "Safe Mode" and check if you are able to log on. To boot to the "Safe Mode":
1. Power on/restart the computer.
2. After initial startup screen start tapping F8 key.
3. From the options that appear on the screen, please select "Safe Mode".
