Need Help in Excel

Hello,
I am SHANU I will explain what i want to do please help me out if any know about it
I have 2 Sheets in Excel
in Sheet 1 the names are return of persons who are the Reporting persons and in sheet2 names are written of Agents of there belongs Reporting persons
I Need a formula, from which i can check how much Agents are working under Reporting Person
Please help me out how can i do this for using which formula
If you not understood so just give me your mail id and i will send you an excel spreadsheet what i want to do
