I have a Visual Land tablet model#VL-110 4.0.4 Android,and what i need 2 know is if i hit the reset button will i lose all my software and OS or just part or what??.Any help would be greatly appreciated THX.

well if you click the reset hole it wont erase your data. it only refreshes the tablet. i had this problem too with my tablet, pressed the reset hole and it worked. kindly from me.
