I am not certain what ou mean about USB booting Software. But Microsoft/windows has a built in USB disk utility named WINDOW 7 USB DVD DOWNLOAD TOOL.

Maybe this is what you are looking for? What is your application/solution, that may help in determining your best directions, as you have not told us what you are trying to accomplish. Please post back.

Well, you are still not teling me what you are trying to accomplish, so I will explain that an ISO is complete package for installation. If you are receiving an error, it is because you are trying to make something execute, and it is not executable (not a valid ISO)!

Once again, I cannot give you advisement without a scope of the situation.
