Hey guys!
My problem is my laptop randomly turned off and came up with a blue screen saying that it found a problem and was restarting to try fix it.
But it is stuck in a loop of restarting then sitting on a blank screen for ages.
I have tried pressing and holding the 0 button when turning the laptop on and it comes up with an option to reboot the system. However if i click yes it just goes back to this blank screen.
I can't find another way of rebooting and my laptop is only 2 months old please help

Booted up the computer and pressed and held down F12 (boot)
Inserted the Toshiba recovery disc (there should be a disc one and two).
Selected CD/DVD from boot menu
Went to Toshiba recovery wizard
I then went to the second option (format/delete everything off of hard drive)
Restarted the computer
Re-loaded the disc
Selected Toshiba recovery wizard
Selected the first option
The wizard began and all I had to do was wait until it told me to insert disc two and it did it's job from there.
I hope this help
