My toshiba laptop has a black screen

Hello,
When I turn on my computer I see the Toshiba logo then my computer acts as if its about to start up but then the sfreen goes blank. When i try to push a button it starts to beep after every button i push I don't know whats wrong with it I tried removing the battery but that did nothing I kept it unpluged over night and it did nothing also my wareanty is run out and I don't know what to do help ke please my model number is psk0qu-01800e windows 7

Hello,
First try this:
Go to BIOS --> Make sure your hard disk is detected in the BIOS --> Set the first boot device as hard disk --> Save the settings and exit from the BIOS.

I fixed this issue, I too had the same problem. Here is how I did it.
1) Reboot and press F8
2) Select "Repair my computer"
3) Select the keyboard layout and lanugage
4) When you reach system recovery tools, select System restore.
5) Select the restore point when it was working fine and restart the computer.
That's it....
If you do not have the system restore points, try startup repair.
