How to formate a flash which has refused to complete the process

my flash is from sony company it is 8gb when i put it in the cpu and i open it wants to be formatted the proceses cannot be completed

Hang in there and try this....

...Log in with elevated rights to the card (admin).

Hello, I have a problem with the messenger app on my phone. I get this: "Error: Unable to complete request. Please try again later."  I have tried everything I can think of by updating the app to the newest version, deleting and reinstalling the app, changing my facebook password and more. Hello,
everytime I try to play video at youtube, the same message appeared at the screen, 'an error occured, please try again later', so it's difficult to me to watch any video at you tube. is it caused by the internet connection or anything? anyone can solve my problem. thank you...
