Thanks for the tip.
The procedure for Regedit was easy.
However I cannot find any reference as to how to update the Key map fields (in win 7) as the last step in the process.
Windows and online searches reveal nothing. Is there some vague geekspeak term I should be inputting? as the phrase "updating keymap fields" reveals nothing useful.
