I can't reinstall my laptop, cannot boot from Pendrive

When I try to reinstall my laptop through bootable pendrive or from DVD , a long continuous beep sound appears. I tried both Windows 7 and Ubuntu. Both shows same problem.
Last, I try to recover my already installed Windows 7. A bluescreen appears and system restarted . Can anyone please help me...

continue sound and blue screen problems are cause of RAM problem you need to change your RAM
