Good Afternoon,
Windows Vista reports that Sonic DLA software is incompatible after Windows starts to the desktop. You also may receive a Blue Screen error message if you attempt to uninstall Sonic/Roxio software.
Go to ROXIO and get a patch if you are using Sonic. IF not, then post your machine so that we know what parts we are using.
