When I word process (or type) any characters 2 things may happen: 1. I type the letter, for example e, but the e will not show up on the screen; I type john and the letter o does not show up and I am entering that letter. 2. the characters do not reflect on the screen the sequence in which I type them. For example, I will type the word govern and the screen will show goevrm.
