Toshiba loptop factory setting

I have tried to reboot toshiba laptop by pressing O it's been on all night and gone all the way through but stopped at 44 out of 49 it's come up with to errors that can be fixed when connected to Internet when reboot is finished can you help thanks

Do you mean reboost? In that case when the laptop is switched on press F2 or F12 to go to system setup then you will see the setup on your screen where you reboost it and when it comes to 42 dats wat u sad ryt, than u press ctrl continously to make it be completed .just try that.

I mean to reset to factory setting not reboot

File missing ? I have now tryd to start over but nothing is happening wot should I do ?..

I'm stumped ! I detest those Toshiba's, if you look through this forum you are not the only one with this type of issue.
