Forgotten password

I've forgotten the password I set up on my new Galaxy S4 for tethering. So I can't connect any device and use my phone as a hotspot. How can I find my password and/or change it?

Hello,
I think, you just have to renew the configuration of the associated network.

Hi, Thanks for your response but my knowledge of this stuff is very basic so I don't understand what you mean by the "configuration of the associated network".
I can't figure out where my password is kept or how to find it. If you can explain to me in very simple terms, as well as what steps to take that would be amazing and I'd be very grateful. Thank you for your time

On your mobile phone settings: Wireless & Networks > Tethering & portable hotspot.
You should see the hotspot configuration and you should be able to modify parameters.

Let me know if you succeed or not.

Go to:
Settings
Wireless & Networks > Tethering & portable hotspot.
portable wi-fi hotspot settings
configure wi-fi hotspot setting
Show password

U'll be able to see your password
