Good Morning.
The EASIEST WAY to do this, without worrying about disk access rights and all that, is to print it into a pdf.
There are Printer Drivers that you can install, and print to, and they create a PDF of what ever you are working on. That is the easiest way.....
Go to file......print...and select the pdf driver. It then opens a dialgoue to see where to save. It is that simple, no coding.
I use BULLZIP PDF printer.
