How to factory setting My HP?

Hello: I have a HP M8000 and it had vista , then install window 7 and last I have the window 8 original but now my computer turns off lots of times and the blue screen comes up so what i want to know if i get to erase to factory setting can i install window 8 on to it? i want it to clean it like when I first got it can it be possible?

It will return just like when you took it out of the box.
