Recovering files from my previous profile

I am using window 7 as the OS for my laptop. I joined it into the domain and changed the user name and lost accesses to all files in my previous files including pictures and videos. since these files are not deleted, they are hidden some where I will be happy to have them back. kindly help!

Hang in there.

Give your profile admin rights on the domain, and the machine, and you will gain rites to all files no matter the profile.
