GTA 4 too slow

Here are my lap config
graphics :2GB ATI
ram : 4Gb
Processor: I5

Still I'm experiencing the game(GTA 4) to be too slow. I've put the game in high performance in graphics option and it is still the same. While other games such as LA Noire are working perfectly. What should I do???

Hi

i heard through the grapevine that there are patches that will solve the issue:

"you need to patch the game becasue it has a rare grapich glitch which make it lag. patch it too 1.0.2.0 not further nor less. then the game will go smooth"
