Hello

Here is how Microsoft recommends to solve the issue:

To resolve the error and prevent the error from recurring, update or remove the offending driver. This error can occur because of a device driver, but it can also occur because of a file system filter driver (for example, a driver that is installed by an antivirus, remote control, or backup program).

To isolate the driver that is causing the error, follow these steps:
1.Check to make sure that your computer and all installed devices are on the Hardware Compatibility List (HCL). You can view the HCL at the following Microsoft Web site:
https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/hardware/
(https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/hardware/
2.Check for drivers that are not designed for use with Windows. You can use the Sigverif.exe tool to do this. For information about how to use the Sigverif tool, refer to the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
308514
(https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/308514 )
HOW TO: Verify Unsigned Device Drivers in Windows XP
3.Check for driver updates that may be available for your hardware.
4.Update any software that uses filter drivers (for example, antivirus, remote control, and backup software).
5.Remove any non-critical devices and software to help isolate the device or software that is causing the error.
6.Install Windows in a new folder. Add drivers one by one, and restart the computer after each addition, to try to locate the driver that is causing the error.

Good luck

If you overclocked the CPU/Motherboard and increased voltages then you might have damaged one of the chips on the MB.

What happens when you boot into the BIOS?
Did you try using a Linux boot CD?

The above may help us decide if you have a hardware problem or something that a software update might fix.

Good Luck

Yes i have and many files load but when it comes to the class.pnp.sys load in safe mode it gets stuck there so safe mode will not work it just gets stuck when it comes to class.pnp.sys so it does not go further than that.

I look around the French forum for the same problem.

They used Hiren's boot CD to save the data and then reinstalled Windows.

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/6941-hiren-s-bootcd-iso/

As far as I am concerned, no software can actually speed-up ram without creating all kinds of problems

Off hand I don't.

You can put Hiren's on a usb key.
