Is the download a zip file? If so, try uncompressing the zip file first, then run the setup.exe

Did you buy the key code or did you use a used one check your product key and check if you entered your key code correctly which is the product key.

Ok i think this should solve your problem run the software install in administrator to do that please right click the application and select run as administrator and then retry your key code it should work.
But if you already installed it go to your application and select run as administrator and then enter your key code in the application where it asks you to enter this should work.
Note:
Run the application/installation as a administrator by right clicking it and run as administrator.
