Conditioning Formatting

HI All,

we have mandatory annual training requirements and I have a spreadsheet which records the date training has been completed.

we have several different courses that must be done either annually or every 2nd year. As we have a number of staff I would like to use a conditioning format which causes the date to highlight when the training is due to be redone. The date recorded is the date the course was last completed.

I have tried several different formulas but have not been able to achieve the result I want. Any suggestions would be good.

Good Morning.

Just try the built in conditional formatting on the tool bar.

You can right your own logic for how it formats and when, and it is simple.

Give it a try, let me know if you get stuck.
