Laptop won't boot up

I have a toshiba laptop that does not want to boot up. Just a black screen (no cursor), fan works slowly, no response from key board (can't activagte capslock light or numlock light).

Any help appreciated

Hi

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds

3. Replug and start.
