No webcam

Hello,i bought a laptop with windows vista on it but then i updated it with the next one up and i have lost my webcam its not working and i can`t find it on my computer anymore,thankyou.

I don't understand "updated it with the next one up" did you load Windows 7? If it's a new computer you should have a telephone support phone number. Why not call them?
