Acer keeboard skips letters and signs when typing

I bought an Acer portable Aspire V3. The keyboard reacts very strangely. You have to type slowly and Knock very hard on each key. If not, it skips letters, skips spaces, etc. even though each key has been pressed.

Any suggestion for the problem ???

I suggest you replace the keyboard.

Thank you for your answer but the portabe computer is new (bought it 5 months ago).

I would hate to pay for a new keeboard without being sure the new one would be any better.

Good Point. Can you test with an external USB keyboard or use the "Onscreen Keyboard"?
