well this is quite difficult
0) remove the main battery ( unless you want to get a shock!!)
1) you unscrew the laptop
2) you remove the CMOS battery
3) wait for half an hour so that the power in the resistors discharges
4) put the battery back
5) you will be prompted to put the date and time again
^*^CMOS battery loks like a watch battery
