Box appears with a keep or discart download

Can anyone tell me why is that every time I try to download something a box apears with a keep or discart download will harm my computer?

Potentially any file that you download can harm your computer. Perhaps this message was inserted by your anti-virus program. Or the browser has its security setting set to HIGH. If you change the setting to Moderate it probably will not display this message.
