Macro to copy the same values between 2 sheets to a new one

Hello all,

I'm not very familiar with macros in Excel and I hope to find a solution. I need a macro that works with 5 sheets (sheet1,2,3,4 and 5) as following :

1 - compares between sheet1 and 2 .
2 - copy info from 2 thats not in 1 to sheet3.
2 - copy info from 1 thats not in 2 to sheet4.
3 - copy the similar from 1 and 2 to sheet5.

post small extract of workbook containing sheet1 and 2 through somthing like speedyshare.com.
