How could I solve HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found

Hi!
We created our own website for project purposes. As a requisite, we indeed upload it through smarterasp.net. Then after so, as expected, the website is uploaded. As we browse on the buttons that we made, there goes one button that once clicked says HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found. But the other buttons are fine working. How can we solve this? Your replie
