Lab top crash

My lab top, Dell mini 1012 doesn't restart after it shut down by itself. When I try to turn on only I see black screen, but there is the sign of power on (light) and hear sound in it. What is its problem and how I fix it?

Hi,
Try to power drain laptop first. to do that, turn off, remove battery and ac adapter. press down power button for 15-20 sec, then but all back in and try to turn on.
