LAB2-UndeR GrounD- is an adult platform-type action game wherein you must investigate what happened in a laboratory. Carrying guns, a lightsaber, and other weapons, you will explore different places, enhance your character, and discover what may have gone wrong.

Plot

A terrible thing occurred at the laboratory's underground facility, and you, Sae, are tasked to investigate the case. If everything may seem normal at first glance, you will quickly realize something strange has occurred. Beware of the evil things that may want to harm you or worse.

Gameplay

• Enemies: There are a few different enemies down there awaiting you patiently, such as humans, robots, and rats, but also other ones that may have shady intentions.
• Weapons: To achieve your duty, you have access to different kinds of weapons for close-range and long-range confrontations. Also, you can collect equipment and items to enhance your character and level up. Pistols, metal pipes, and others are going to be your best ally.

• Platform: You will have to hone your platforming skills as you go through the different levels. Try to avoid lasers and traps, and inch your way to your objective.
• Controls: You can walk and run, jump and attack. It may seem basic, but they are pretty finely tuned to offer a smooth experience.
• Narrative: The overall story may be worth discovering depending on what you like. Give it a try!

Graphics and sound

LAB2-UndeR GrounD- features retro pixel-style graphics and sound effects. Animations are also pretty decent and manage to create a cool game feel. The overall result is simple but truthfully depicts the kind of atmosphere you get playing retro games.
